6. Orders & Fulfillment

Production begins after the order is submitted
Orders cannot be modified once production begins
Processing and shipping times vary by region
PRDTR™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because products are made on demand, PRDTR™ does not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse
Personal preference
We accept returns or replacements only for defective or damaged items, within 14 days of delivery.
Customers must provide photo proof of the defect.
