At PRDTR™, every item is made on demand. This ensures premium quality, reduced waste, and a unique production-flow. Because each product is produced especially for you, we operate under the following return and refund rules.
1. No Returns for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
Since products are printed and manufactured on demand:
We do not accept returns for size mistakes
We do not accept returns for color expectations
We do not accept returns for change of mind
Please check the size guide before ordering.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
You are eligible for a free replacement.
You must submit:
Order number
Clear photos of the issue
Photo of the packaging label
Send to: support@prdtr-shop.com
Window for claims: 14 days from delivery
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
Production usually starts within 1–2 hours after placing the order.
If your order has not yet entered production, we will attempt to cancel it — this is not guaranteed.
4. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace the item for free.
Lost claims can be submitted after:
30 days for domestic shipments
40 days for international shipments
5. Exchanges
Because items are produced on demand, we do not offer exchanges.
If a size does not fit, you will need to place a new order.
6. Wrong Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:
Package will be returned or lost
PRDTR™ is not responsible for replacement or refund
7. Refund Processing
If your claim is approved:
Refund appears in 5–10 business days
Payment method must match the original purchase
